In an earlier post I talked about my diet lifestyle change. This whole new way of eating has rocked my world.
For my salads I have fallen in love with vinegrettes. This recipe is super simple and requires no fancy equipment, and I don’t even really measure it anymore to mix.

  1. Put all the ingredients in a jelly jar and shake to mix. This will separate and you will need to shake prior to each use. This is my go to dressing because it’s quick, easy, and tastes great. I use it on my “Schuss Salad” all winter long.
Recipe Notes

This recipe does not need to be refrigerated. I keep it on the counter, or in the pantry.

I enjoy using various mason jars in the kitchen. They are readily available, easy to clean, and pretty durable. I also think they are pretty, and remind me of a bygone era where canning was the normal thing that everyone did.
